Unfinished constructions represent a contemporary unresolved problem, especially in the Italian scenario. Despite the different type, original intended use and location, the reinforced concrete used as structural material denotes a common distinctive feature of these constructions. In recent decades, this phenomenon has been the object of scandal campaigns, mostly referred to public Administrations.
